cookies and cream hotel fudge

Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler on the stove. Add most of the white frosting (reserve about 3 Tbsp.), and stir until smooth.

Spread the fudge in a baking dish and sprinkle most of the crushed cookies evenly over the top. Heat the reserved frosting to a pourable consistency, then drizzle it over the cookies. Sprinkle the remaining cookies over the top.

Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.

  • 12 oz. vegan semisweet chocolate
  • 10 to 12 (vegan) chocolate cream-filled cookies, crushed
