Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler on the stove. Add the white frosting, and stir until smooth.
Spread the fudge in a baking dish and sprinkle most of the crushed cookies evenly over the top.
Heat the peanut butter to a pourable consistency, then drizzle it over the cookies. Sprinkle the remaining cookies over the top. Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
